Pet owners must pay a 30% deposit if scheduling more than 2 visits. Deposits are required to get onto the schedule.
Take a look at your invoice in the Pet Owner Dashboard app, and pay the total due on the last visit day. A 2.5% fee is applied to all Venmo invoices.
